The terms of use you are reading (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are legally binding and govern Rosecrab , (hereinafter referred to as " Rosecrab " or "we") and you (hereinafter "User" or "you") regarding the use of Rosecrab 's games (hereinafter referred to as "Services") on mobile devices or any other platform and/or device .

Please be sure to read these terms carefully. These Terms include a requirement that you waive any claim against any class, group, or representative, and require you to resolve disputes through individual arbitration unless you opt out of arbitration within a specified time period.

This service is for entertainment purposes only. The Service does not offer an opportunity to win real-world money or prizes. Users cannot win real-world money or anything of value through the games provided by this service, and do not need real-world money to play game content, but this service may provide opportunities to purchase specific virtual items .

2. Account and login information

2.1. 2.2.5. You promise to be willing to monitor your account, prohibit people who do not meet the age guidelines (see Section 4.1 for details) from using your account, and you will refuse to log in to people who do not meet the age guidelines. You are solely responsible for the unauthorized use of the Service by minors. You understand that if minors use your credit card or other payment tools (such as PayPal) and cause adverse consequences, you will bear full responsibility.

2.2.6. You may not have more than one account on any platform or social network at any time, nor use false identities or information, or create accounts on behalf of others.

2.3. If you have been removed from Rosecrab , or banned by us from accessing any Rosecrab games, you will not be able to use our services.

Rosecrab 's internal trade control policies for restricted countries below ("Trade Controls") , and you must not directly or indirectly use, export or transfer any part of the Services or any related technical information or materials, unless authorized by such trade controls. The trade controls prohibit any country or territory located in, controlled by, organized in, or residing in any country or territory targeted by U.S. government sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Ukraine’s Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhants Croatia), any country designated as restricted under Rosecrab 's internal trade control policies (currently Syria, Lebanon, and Iran), or any country at Rosecrab's sole discretion due to local legal requirements and for any other reason, or the United States, the European Union, Use of the Services by any person or entity on any list of prohibited individuals or entities (or any person or entity that owns more than 50% of such individuals or entities) maintained by the Government of Israel and the jurisdiction in which the Services are obtained.

2.5. You must provide the equipment needed to connect to the service (such as computers, mobile devices, tablets, etc.). You are responsible for all resulting charges, including Internet connection, mobile charges, and data and cellular network-related charges for downloading and using the Service.

2.6. Rosecrab has the right to refuse to provide this service or other services to any individual.

2.7. You may need to update third-party software from time to time in order to obtain services and/or updates and play Rosecrab games. 2.8. By providing us with contact information, you agree that we may send promotional or marketing communications to the email address and/or phone number you have provided (via voice call or SMS text). 2.9. You have the right to suspend the service at any time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law in your location, we are not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation if you request deletion of your account. This provision does not affect the possible refund of Virtual Items described below.

3. License

3.1. You need to agree to and continue to abide by Rosecrab's terms. Rosecrab will grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license under this premise. You can use mobile devices supported by Rosecrab to access and use our services. The use of this service is limited to your own, private, non-commercial entertainment purposes, and may not be used for any other purpose. The Rosecrab Terms do not grant you or any third party any right, title or interest in or to the Service or any content on the Service. You hereby acknowledge that your license to use the Service is governed by the Rosecrab Terms. If you violate the terms, or refuse to accept any of the terms of Rosecrab at any time , your license to use the service will be terminated immediately, and you should stop using the service immediately.

3.2. Open source and other third-party components. Our Services may include software components owned or licensed by third parties (“Third Party Components”), including open source software (“Open Source Components”). If the open source or third party components listed on our website are subject to a third party software license (“Third Party License”) or any open source software license ("Open Source License"), the terms of that open source license or other third party license will apply to such open source or other third party components independently of the terms of these Terms. All other third-party components are subject to the terms of these Terms and may only be used in accordance with the terms of these Terms. 4. Termination of service

4.1. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Service. In such event, you may not access, use or download our games and/or submit any of your personal information to Rosecrab through the Service . In our sole discretion, we may require you to provide proof that you meet our age requirements (“Age Guidelines”) when using the Services. Failure to provide proof will result in your access to the Services being suspended.

4.2. In the case of justified reasons, Rosecrab has the right to refuse, restrict or suspend your right to use and access the service, or terminate your service use right. Rosecrab may deny, limit or suspend your access to this service based on legitimate reasons, including but not limited to: serious or repeated violations of the terms, or illegal or grossly inappropriate use of the following content: the service, user content (see below for details ), Rosecrab 's games, or intellectual property rights identified by Rosecrab , including attempts to disrupt or interfere with the Services. 4.4. We may delete or terminate inactive accounts (that is, accounts that have not been logged in) for 180 consecutive days or more. If you want us to cancel or delete your account, you can contact us by email: fashion_journey@rosecrab.com, or submit a ticket through the in-game support channel.

5. User Content

5.1. You can use the technologies and tools provided by Rosecrab , application stores and social networks to publish user content through this service or in ways related to this service. When you post User Content, you represent that you own the posting, you own all rights to posting said content, and that posting complies with copyright and trademark laws. You may not distribute, sell, transfer or license this Content and/or Application in any way, in any country, or on any social network or other medium without Rosecrab's express prior written permission . You authorize Rosecrab to act as the operator of the Service on your behalf.

5.2. Any information, message, post, comment, chat content, picture, sound uploaded or transmitted by any user through the Rosecrab game, or any other communication channels such as the service, app store or social network (see the definition below), and all materials, data, text, graphics, photographs, videos and other content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, including, but not limited to: your username, profile picture, voice and game recordings ("User Content") , these contents may be used in whole or in part for Rosecrab 's commercial, non-commercial and/or promotional purposes, as detailed below. 5.3. You shall be solely responsible for any text, pictures, photos, files or other user content uploaded by you. You hereby agree that you are responsible for all User Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit through the Service. For the above content, Rosecrab does not assume any responsibility, nor is it responsible for monitoring whether there is any inappropriate or illegal content or behavior in this service. We reserve the right to limit your storage capacity for user content that you post through the Service or in related ways.

5.4. For user content related to our services, you hereby grant Rosecrab a non-exclusive worldwide license, including sublicense, copy, print, host, reproduce, repair, adapt, modify, improve, translate, and change formats , archive, store, cache, or otherwise use, manufacture, introduce into circulation, publish, distribute, disclose, sublicense, transfer, and lease. Allow us to rent, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform User Content, provide access to User Content in electronic form, broadcast or disseminate User Content to the public by remote communication, or display, perform User Content, enter it into a computer Memory, and the right to create, modify and re-create works on the premise of maintaining the intellectual characteristics of the work. Additionally, User Content should not contain the following:

5.5.1. Explicit or suggestive sexual orientation, or exploiting other people's comments or other content in a sexual or violent manner;

5.5.2. Violent or demeaning comments or other content about any ethnic, racial, gender or religious group;

5.5.3. Comments or other content that harass others or advocate harassment;

5.5.4. Comments or other content that promotes the illegal use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco, guns, or weapons;

5.5.5. False or misleading comments or other content, or behaviors that are abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or slanderous;

5.5.6. Comments or other content that infringe any party's trademark, trade secret or copyright.

5.6. Rosecrab reserves the right to remove, block, edit, move, disable or permanently delete User Content from the Service. If you find that user content related to the service violates the Rosecrab terms, please contact us by email: fashion_journey@rosecrab.com

, or submit a ticket through the in-game support channel. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the reproduced version of the underlying material, where we can find the content, and why the User Content needs to be removed. Please note that your complaint does not necessarily mean that the content will be removed. We will only remove User Content if necessary at our sole discretion or for legal reasons. If the content allegedly infringes copyright, please follow the instructions in the "Copyright Notice" section. While we may attempt to monitor User Content, under no circumstances will we be under any specific obligation and will not be liable for our failure to monitor the App or to remove specific User Content.

6. Communication channels

6.1, Rosecrab reserves the right to remove any such communications or content. The Service may provide the following communication channels, including but not limited to: fan pages, forums, blogs, communities or chat boards ("Communication Channels"). These features are designed to enable you to communicate with other users and post User Content, including your feedback, questions, suggestions, thoughts, opinions, observations and comments on certain designated topics. Rosecrab cannot guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information you share. Therefore, if your ideas need to be kept private and/or do not want others to use them, please do not post them through the Service. Rosecrab assumes no responsibility for evaluating or using ideas or information you choose to submit, and such information is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Rosecrab is under no obligation to monitor these Communication Channels, but we may, and we reserve the right to review all content in the Communication Channels. Rosecrab may also terminate or suspend your access to the Communication Channels for legitimate reasons if you materially violate these Terms . You accept the fact that chats, posts, or other content posted by users on the Communication Channels are neither supported by nor controlled by Rosecrab . The content of these communications has not been reviewed or approved by Rosecrab .

6.2. To the extent necessary to provide services, Rosecrab may use, utilize or disclose comments, feedback, suggestions, concepts, ideas, know-how or techniques that you post in any communication channel. All of your communications within the Communication Channels are public. When you use the communication channels, there is no privacy at all. If you come across anyone abusing our service, please contact us via email: fashion_journey@rosecrab.com, or submit a ticket through the in-game support channels. Your information and the content of all your online communications (including but not limited to: chat text, voice communication, IP address and your personal information) may be disclosed in the following circumstances. (i) when we are required to disclose information pursuant to legal process (such as a court subpoena); (ii) when we have reason to believe that the Service is being used for criminal activities. What we do include reporting such criminal activities, or exchanging information with other companies and organizations to protect users from fraud and reduce credit risk; (iii) when we believe in good faith that there will be an emergency, we may When the health and/or safety of others or the public poses a threat; (iv) to protect Rosecrab 's rights or property, including the relevant content of the execution clause.

6.3. You will be solely responsible for matters related to your communication with other users through the service and/or Rosecrab game. 7. Game Currency and Commodities

7.4. Unless you exercise the right to cancel the contract, or with the full discretion of Rosecrab , the virtual items you purchased cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7.5. Unless expressly authorized by Rosecrab in writing, you may not transfer, buy, sell, acquire or exchange virtual items outside of this service, nor attempt to sell, gift or trade any items that appear in this service in the "real world". or items derived from the Service. We will not recognize the legality of the above transactions. Accordingly, you may not sublicense , trade, sell, or attempt to sell in-game virtual items for "real-world" money, or exchange virtual items for any valuable item. We reserve the right to refuse your request to purchase and/or obtain virtual items for any reason, and to modify the future price of virtual items at any time.

7.7. If you purchase virtual items in our game through the app store or other platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Apple iOS or Android platforms, the transaction is also subject to the payment terms of the above platforms. Rosecrab will not review your payment methods on these platforms, nor will it be responsible for the payment results of these third parties. Please review the terms of service of these platforms in detail for more information. When you purchase virtual items, you are giving us a limited license to obtain related services or in-game virtual items. We accept that license when we provide virtual items in your account for your use in our games. Your limited authorization to use virtual items in the Rosecrab game. 7.8. When you obtain a limited license to use virtual items, these virtual items will remain in your account until you use up the virtual items by using the service. 7.9.
